Client Location: London – Hybrid 3 Days Onsite

Starting: 24/02/2025

Salary/Pay Rate: £300 per day via Umbrella

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 4-6 month contract

About this role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Brand Experience (RBE), the Project Manager, In Store Marketing (ISM) leads our global and regional campaign executions, and in-store product and communication strategies in EMEA. This role is responsible for ISM strategy, leading a team to ensure we have a strong brand presence across our retail fleet. They work in close collaboration with the Global ISM team to bring global strategies to life, whilst supporting regional activations, revenue and sell-through targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop in store marketing plans to powerfully deliver brand and product storytelling, remaining consistent with the overall creative direction and visual merchandising strategy.

• Leverage our store real estate and guest touchpoints, including windows, signage, lightboxes and brand screens, leading all in store creative planning, development and installation.

• Enrol key partners, leaders and retail teams in upcoming campaign, brand and product storytelling executions, through strong proposals and clear VM guidelines.

• Manage EMEA ISM calendar, working closely with the regional and global teams to ensure campaigns align across both regional channels and other regions.

• Own the 365 and quarterly in store signage programme, ensuring alignment with global strategies.

• Work closely with Store Design to ensure that existing and new stores have all necessary touchpoints in store to powerfully execute ISM initiatives.

• Regularly spend time in stores to learn how campaigns, and brand and product in store marketing are working in stores, gaining feedback for future executions.

• Highly aware of in store marketing trends within the retail space, regularly attending tradeshows and visiting key retail spaces.

Team leadership

• Lead a high-performing team.

• Annual budget management – planning and accountability.

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a visual space creator and team manager, ideally for a premium, purpose-led, global business with a challenger brand mentality.

• Demonstrable experience creating impact in retail spaces on guest experience and sales using innovative ideas without compromising brand equity.

• People and team leadership skills are a big plus.

• Degree level education preferred.
