Position Overview:

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the success of our supplier invoice financing product. The role will be a dynamic combination of:

  • Engaging with current customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Reaching out to potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key referral partners, including suppliers, accountants, and financial consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Capify’s supplier invoice financing solution to effectively communicate its benefits.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to identify additional opportunities.
  • Identify and engage new prospects, presenting tailored solutions to meet their cash flow needs.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with referral partners, including suppliers, accountants, and financial consultants.
  • Generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for scaling the product and growing the sales team.
  • Lay the foundation for managing and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals

  • Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers, accountants, financial consultants, and SMEs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
  • Ambitious and proactive, with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SME financing or cash flow management is advantageous but not essential.
