Job Summary
The role will support the delivery of a range of outputs to the business to inform on future training and resource requirements, intake and clearance patterns, Target Performance Level and potential delivery.
The role will work flexibly across the Contract Performance Team, supporting Work Capability Assessments, Personal Independence Payments (both internal and Supply Chain delivery) and Specialist Benefit activity maintaining and developing operational modelling and forecasting.
Furthermore, the role will identify risks and opportunities within our delivery models, working collaboratively to manage, quantify and commercialise.
Home based – £37,000 – £42,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work closely with colleagues to improve the robustness and resilience of forecasts, their production and governance.
2. In depth knowledge of the forecast modelling, understanding the impact of inputs and outputs upon forecasts and commercial targets and support operational colleague understanding.
3. Develop stand alone and integrated models to assess and forecast the impact of operational changes upon resource, estate and customers.
4. Maintain a business model that gives a clear indication of the clinical and admin FTE, estate and supply chain requirements.
5. Through effective modelling, highlight opportunities for change, risks and proposed mitigation options clearly demonstrating commercial impact.
6. Perform analysis of multiple resources to inform key stakeholders with the information they need for effective planning and performance management.
7. Support operational planning with modelling that can inform evidence based decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
• Experience in short-, medium- and long-term planning, modelling, forecasting and performance management reporting
• Experience of understanding complex and inter-linked operational processes
• Experience of research, validation and assimilating findings into suitably informed proposals
• Excellent use of MS Office tools, in particular MS Excel, including visual representation of data
