About the Role

We’re seeking a Demand Generation Associate to work with our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining demand generation efforts through marketing automation platforms and CRM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving multi-channel campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through AI, analytics, and personalization strategies.
  • Design and manage automated workflows for onboarding, education, and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Maintain data accuracy and platform integrity in marketing tools.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for marketing processes.
  • Create and manage landing pages and lead generation forms.
  • Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in email marketing, including HTML, segmentation, CAN-SPAM compliance, and B2B email marketing.
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms and CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in Wealth Management, FinTech, or related industries preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
