We are seeking a Tutor with Project management and business improvement skills to join this friendly team in Leicester working for a national training organisation. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering engaging and effective 2 week Level 2 & 3 programmes, in Business Improvement Techniques, with a strong focus on Project Management. Opportunity to develop course materials, lesson plans, and schemes of work to support outstanding teaching and learning. Encouraging innovative learning strategies and integrating new technologies in the classroom. Supporting and assessing student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their potential. Participating in internal verification activities to ensure consistency and compliance. Championing a high-performance culture that fosters continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: A tutor/trainer/teacher/coach with experience in project management or business improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
