A trauma-informed group of Children’s Homes, is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a three-bed home supporting young people with learning, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

Key Details:

Salary: £32,000/year; average £35,000 with £63/night paid sleep-ins.
Hours: 42 hours/week; flexible shifts (07:30-21:30).

Assist management in delivering therapeutic care and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate records and uphold therapeutic policies.Senior Support Worker Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of residential childcare experience.
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve it).
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and strong leadership skills.
UK driving license and clear DBS.
