A well-established, fast-moving fashion business with a strong market presence and ambitious growth plans is looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join its growing team. The environment is commercial, collaborative, and hands-on, offering exposure to real decision-making and day-to-day trading.
This is a broad, operational merchandising role supporting sales analysis, stock and order management, core stock planning, and system data accuracy. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key part in managing order flow, monitoring stock availability, supporting reporting and BI, and ensuring data integrity across systems. The role is predominantly office-based in West London.
This role is suited to someone already be operating as a Junior Merchandiser or Senior Assistant Merchandiser within a direct to consumer retailer, with strong numerical and analytical skills and confidence working in Excel. You’ll be detail-focused, commercially aware, and comfortable managing stock, sales data, and systems in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Power BI experience is an advantage but not essential.
