We now have a unique and extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced coach to join us as our Under 21s Assistant Head Coach within our Academy, for the remainder of the season.
The successful candidate will provide coaching support and leadership to the U21 squad in all aspects of the Under 21 programme; working with an experienced MDT to create an elite performance environment in which players can develop.
You will contribute to the succession planning of young home-grown talent via the academy system through individual player development, the technical programme and the games programme.
Key responsibilities as part of this role include:
Provide leadership to players, while developing and coordinating all individual and team training sessions
Coach, motivate and develop players within the U21 squad – allowing the elite players within the group to achieve their maximum potential
Devise technical and tactical training sessions in line with Coaching philosophy
Work with the Head of Academy Coaching to comply with the Premier League, FA and EPPP rules and requirements – ensuring that PMA is kept up to date
Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who has an outstanding track record, has is in or has been in a similar role and is able to show a clear understanding of how to coach and develop youth and professional football players within an established Academy environment., FA Advanced Youth Award Modules 1-3

Our U21 Assistant Head Coach will play a pivotal role in ensuring we as a Club maintain our standard – Nil Satis Nisi Optimum.
