Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – Manchester | £50k+ OTE | No Experience Needed
📍 Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £25,000–£26,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k–£150k+)
Start Date: ASAP preferred – flexible for the right person

Our client — a global recruitment powerhouse with £100M+ revenue and over 400 staff — is expanding its high-performing Manchester office. They're looking for ambitious, entry-level consultants to join their close-knit team of 7 and fast-track their careers.
No recruitment experience needed — just drive, communication skills, and the hunger to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Start in a 180 role focused on candidate engagement
- Progress to a 360 consultant in 3 months (clients + candidates)
- Work 1:1 with a senior mentor from day one
- Get promoted every 6–9 months (based on merit)
Commission Structure:
- £0–£10k: 10%
- £10,001–£20k: 15%
- £20,001+: 25%
OTE Year 1: £50k+
Long term: £180k–£350k+
