Frazer, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is seeking a Yard/Warehouse Assistant who is passionate about providing excellent service.

Hours: 7:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (no weekends or bank holidays)

Location: Frazer, Silverton Road, Marsh Barton Trading Estate, EX2 8LD, Exeter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles, using a forklift when needed
• Maintain stock levels and conduct regular stock counts
• Pick items to fulfill customer orders
• Check incoming stock deliveries and store them appropriately
• Become familiar with our product lines and services to enhance customer interactions
• Develop strong relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Keep the branch clean and tidy to create a positive first impression
• Prioritize Health & Safety and demonstrate safe work practices

Required Skills and Experience

• A flexible approach to work
• A team player willing to support colleagues and customers
• Effective communication skills, both over the phone and in person
• Previous forklift experience preferred; training will be provided
