Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA to join our team in Winchester. This role involves supporting classroom activities, promoting students' educational and social growth, and helping create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Support the preparation of classroom materials and resources. Provide individualized or small-group support to meet diverse learning needs. Monitor and assess student progress, sharing feedback with the teacher.
