Senior Compliance Officer
Oliver James are supporting a thriving and actively growing MGA based in the City, who are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their small team. In this unique role you will be working directly with the CEO, leading on initiatives and developing policy, working in a varied generalist role.
Main responsibilities:
- Report into the CEO.
- Leading on policy, process mapping and product governance.
- Designing training workshops for the business.
- Provide expert regulatory support to the business.
- Staying updated on relevant regulatory updates from the FCA and PRA.
- Support the wider business with ad- hoc compliance duties.
