Job Description
REWARD ANALYST
Weybridge (KT13 0SL) | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Permanent
We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our growing Reward team at ISS UK & Ireland — a key role supporting data-led decision-making and shaping fair, competitive compensation practices across the business.
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across functions, take ownership of high-impact projects and help mature our approach to total reward.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive compensation
- Analyse salary, bonus, and benefits data to inform decisions and reporting
- Support annual review processes and ensure accurate reward data across systems
- Contribute to reward frameworks, grading, and job architecture design
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and HR systems
- Monitor compliance with pay regulations, including EU Pay Transparency
- Act as a trusted point of contact for reward queries and insights
About You:
- Demonstrable experience in reward, compensation or data-focused HR roles
- Comfortable working with large datasets and HRIS tools
- Excellent data analysis skills and data modelling skills
- Advanced Excel user (essential). Power BI proficiency (desirable)
- Ability to work with large datasets and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in handling highly confidential information without prejudice.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business and work demands.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
