Job Description
An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join an international firm within its highly ranked Commercial and Technology practice in London. The team works on joint ventures, commercial contracts, and outsourcing, and their advice frequently relates to supply, franchise, brewing, agency, sponsorship, marketing, and distribution agreements.
Experience required:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or a common law qualified lawyer.
- Be between 2-5 years PQE.
- Experience in commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing (and preferably with experience in advertising and marketing, AdTech and AdTech data matters)
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
