Do you have a passion for creating engaging, high-performing visuals that drive results?
Are you equally confident optimising ecommerce imagery for conversion as you are producing eye-catching videos for digital campaigns?
Do you enjoy collaborating across ecommerce, marketing, and sales teams to bring creative concepts to life?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist to join a leading consumer goods brand. This hybrid role offers the chance to work across a portfolio of well-known brands, creating compelling content for ecommerce platforms, direct-to-consumer websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming high-quality product photography and video into optimised assets that engage customers and boost sales performance across key digital touchpoints. Working closely with ecommerce, marketing, and sales teams, you will deliver creative content that is both visually striking and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise digital assets for ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, with a focus on Amazon (image stacks, A+ content, Brand Stores).
- Adapt existing photography into high-converting imagery tailored to specific channels, platforms, and mobile-first experiences.
- Create assets for D2C websites, online retailers, and marketplaces (including channel-specific resizing/reformatting).
- Produce and edit video content for product explainers, paid ads, Amazon, and social media channels.
- Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, including paid media banners, email visuals, and promotional content.
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines while being tailored for digital performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, and performance teams to support testing, optimisation, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain organised asset libraries and documentation for internal and external use.
- Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, platform requirements, and emerging creative techniques.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience designing for digital/ecommerce channels, with strong skills in both static and video content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential; Premiere Pro and After Effects desirable).
- Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce and marketing assets, ideally including Amazon, D2C, and paid social campaigns.
- Understanding of ecommerce content best practices, CRO principles, and how creative impacts user journeys.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience producing channel-specific formats for multiple platforms and devices.
- Ability to balance creative flair with commercial performance objectives.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple briefs and competing deadlines.
- Experience working within consumer goods, retail, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
Opportunity to work across a diverse brand portfolio in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
If you are a creative professional who thrives in a commercially driven setting and loves producing content that converts, we’d love to hear from you.
