Birchrose Associates are partnering with a long-established law firm, recruiting for a Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to start a new role ASAP for 3 months +.
The Opportunity
Our client, a well-respected law firm in Essex is seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer for the next 3 months +. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice, within the next few weeks.
The locum will need to be based in the firm’s office for this role.
Responsibilities
The Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer will assume responsibility for a busy caseload consisting of:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity / equity release
- Re-mortgages
- Handling matters from instruction to completion
You will have shared secretarial support for this role.
