Role: Contract Programme Manager
Domain: Capital Markets
Programme: Greenfield Collateral Transformation Programme
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week)
Rate: £900-950/day (Inside IR35)
Length: Initial 6 months (3 year programme)
X4 Technology are proud to partner with global financial services leader to recruit a Contract Programme Manager to lead Greenfield Collateral Transformation Programme. This is a landmark, multi-stream initiative focused on reshaping collateral technology across workflow efficiency, client experience, eligibility and data governance.
As a seasoned Programme Manager with deep capital markets expertise, you'll take end-to-end ownership of the transformation agenda – driving a complex, high-impact technology change from initial mobilisation through phased delivery over the programme's multi-year lifecycle.
You’ll oversee multiple interdependent workstreams spanning technology, data and operations, partnering closely with sponsors, senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Your leadership will be pivotal in orchestrating seamless execution, fostering strong collaboration between business and technology and ensuring delivery of strategic, scalable outcomes
Requirements for the Programme Manager (Collateral Transformation):
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-stream transformation programmes in capital markets, with a strong focus on front-to-back technology change initiatives.
- Expertise across the full collateral lifecycle management including margining, settlement, eligibility, triparty and bilateral processes – ideally within custodians, clearing banks, CCPs.
- Track record of leading the business side of complex technology and data change, championing business needs while driving successful technology delivery at scale.
- Proven success in Agile delivery at scale (SAFe highly desirable), fostering cross-stream alignment and driving iterative planning across multiple squads and domains
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
This is an initial 6 month contract, with the programme expected to run for 3 years from mobilisation to successful delivery. The rate is £900-950/d inside IR35
