Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory management of fixed assets, consumables, and workwear; manage receipt, issuance, and ledger tracking to ensure accurate material flow.
- Handle reimbursement and write-off processes related to sorting and transportation; organize and coordinate daily and major meetings, including minute-taking.
- Liaise with procurement, finance, human resources, and other functional departments to facilitate cross-department collaboration and process execution.
- Perform daily data statistics, working hours verification, and cost accounting for third-party resources; maintain partnerships and provide operational support.
- Monitor the input and service quality of third-party resources; implement continuous improvement and risk control measures.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years in administration, operations, or resource coordination roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in lean management and process optimization methodologies.
- Strong data analysis and practical application skills.
