Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
β’ Oversee all stages of conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.
β’ Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure the smooth progress of transactions.
β’ Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, and raise and respond to enquiries.
β’ Stay up to date with developments in residential property law and implement best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
β’ A minimum of 2 yearsβ PQE (or equivalent experience) in UK residential conveyancing.
β’ Confidence in managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach to service.
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills; experience with case management systems is an advantage.
β’ A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
