Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Leadership Opportunity in a Growing Firm

The Role:

This is a fee-earning position suited to a confident Residential Conveyancer who’s ready to handle files with minimal supervision and take on a leadership role. You’ll manage a diverse caseload including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Post-exchange and post-completion matters
  • You’ll also supervise support staff, delegate effectively, and work with the Partners to drive the team’s business development strategy.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (3+ years PQE or equivalent)

🔹 Strong background in residential property transactions

🔹 Confident managing files independently

🔹 Experience supervising or mentoring support staff

🔹 Excellent client communication skills and commercial awareness

🔹 Proficient with legal tech and case management systems

🔹 Committed to compliance, billing, and client service excellence

Location & Flexibility:

📍 Based in Swindon with hybrid working options

🕒 Full-time, permanent – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Salary:💷 £35,000–£50,000 depending on experience
