Professional Support Lawyer – Employment it\’s about shaping how the team operates, driving efficiency, and contributing directly to growth. Key responsibilities include: Managing and updating the team\’s legal knowledge base-from precedents to policies-ensuring it\’s practical, comprehensive, and easy to access Leading the annual departmental support service, enhancing client value through innovative knowledge-sharing Keeping the team ahead of legal updates, case law and legislation, delivered through engaging training sessions Advising on developments and trends in employment law that could affect clients and the firm Designing and delivering workshops, seminars, and webinars in line with business development goals Supporting and leading department projects with clear ownership and measurable outcomes Contributing to strategic objectives with fresh ideas and a focus on implementation The ideal candidate: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years\’ post-qualification experience in employment law. Ideally with experience in knowledge management or training, they\’ll be a confident communicator who can distil complex legal content into clear, actionable guidance.
