Overview:

The Change Partners are working with a leading technology business to

European subsidiaries by optimising digital paid media performance through actionable, data-driven insights. Focus areas include paid search, social, display, programmatic, and video.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insights across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Validate data, conduct post-campaign analyses, and apply A/B testing.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Monitor and resolve data issues to ensure reporting accuracy.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years in a digital marketing or paid media analyst role.
  • Strong experience with paid media ad platforms.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, statistics, and data validation.
  • Experience optimising paid media campaigns and A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage data pipelines and convert requirements into solutions.
  • Fluent in English; able to explain technical topics clearly.
