An established and growing renewable energy company based in Wadebridge, Cornwall is looking for a talented Qualified Solicitor to join their in-house legal team.

If you're passionate about clean energy and want to play a key legal role in shaping utility-scale wind and solar projects across the UK, this could be your next move.

What we're looking for:

✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in property law.

✅ Ideally dual-qualified in English & Scottish Law.

✅ Confident reviewing titles and negotiating legal agreements.

✅ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

✅ A proactive, team-first mindset.

💼 The Opportunity:

This is a full-time, in-house position with a salary of £80,000–£100,000, working directly on some of the UK’s most ambitious renewable energy projects. You’ll support planning, development, and operations teams with legal expertise and help build the legal framework for a greener future.

The key responsibilities:

✅ Reviewing titles.

✅ Reviewing, negotiating, and completing various legal agreements.

✅ Advising the wider team on legal matters.

✅ Coordinating matters with external partners.

✅ Creating templates and supervising the use of them by the wider team.

✅ General legal support to the whole team and associated businesses.
