A fast-growing fintech business operating at the intersection of banking infrastructure and digital assets is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth. The company delivers embedded financial services and crypto-native solutions to institutional clients through a technology-first platform. Backed by regulatory licensing and an experienced leadership team, the organisation is entering a pivotal scale-up phase across European markets.

The incoming CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision, working closely with the board and executive team to drive commercial growth, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company's strategic direction, ensuring strong alignment between commercial, product, and regulatory goals.
• Drive growth in BaaS, embedded finance, and crypto infrastructure offerings across Europe.
• Engage with institutional clients, regulators, investors, and partners to strengthen the firm’s positioning within the digital asset and financial services ecosystem.
• Foster a high-performance culture across distributed teams, with a focus on compliance, innovation, and customer-centricity.
• Represent the business externally as a thought leader within the crypto and fintech community.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as CEO, MD, or C-level executive within a regulated fintech, digital asset platform, or BaaS provider.
• Deep understanding of financial infrastructure, digital assets, tokenisation, and emerging crypto regulation in Europe.
• Strong commercial acumen and successful track record of scaling high-growth technology businesses in regulated markets.
• Familiarity with institutional client needs, crypto custody, wallets, and payment rails.
• A confident communicator and strategic operator, able to balance innovation with regulatory discipline.

Location:

Remote within Europe (travel as required for client, team, and regulatory engagement)
