Lodha UK are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of its ultra-high-end residential buildings in London.
As our Property Manager, you will manage these super-prime assets, ensuring their seamless operation, maintenance, and preservation to the highest standards. From overseeing compliance with UK regulations to managing budgets related property upkeep, building strategy, contracts, and sustainability initiatives, this is a role for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
