Have you recently completed your PGCE or teacher training course? Ready to take the next step into a nurturing and ambitious school setting?

We are working in partnership with a fantastic group of primary schools across Brentwood and Basildon who are welcoming Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their teams in September 2025. Whether your passion lies in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we have exciting opportunities tailored to your interests and strengths.

Each school offers:

Current ECT Vacancies Include:

  • EYFS ECT
  • Year 1 ECT – 1-form entry

  • Class Teacher / Primary ECT + TLR potential – 4-form entry

All roles are full-time and permanent (unless otherwise stated).
