Job Description
- Deliver exceptional service levels to clients at all times.
- Respond promptly and arrive at client sites within set SLA response times.
- Repair reported mechanical and IT issues on devices, and perform regular scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Stay updated with all service bulletins.
- Network equipment, including scanning and document management solutions, on all new multi-functional devices sold.
- Manage all parts stock.
- Provide remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve issues by phone.
- Efficient time management and the ability to learn quickly with hands-on training are essential.

- Up to £32,000
- 23 days of holiday (increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plus bank holidays
