Conveyancer / Solicitor – Dartford – Award Winning Firm!This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading practice in Kent as part of their continued expansion of their property team. My client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer, or Solicitor to join them at their Dartford office. They will consider Solicitors from NQ to Senior level, Conveyancers, Case Handlers, Cilex, CIC, Paralegal's and Fee Earners for this role. The successful candidate must have the capability to handle their own caseload. You will have the opportunity to process a variety of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, with mentorship from a highly experienced and talented team. Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload from instruction through to exchange and completion, including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold and remortgages
- Drafting and approving various legal documentation
- Dictation
- Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice
- Engaging with and attending to clients on a regular basis
