Trainee Recruitment Consultant | No Experience Needed | Full Training Provided

Location: Tunbridge WellsSalary: £22,000 to £25,000 basic plus uncapped commissionJob type: Full-time, permanentHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are offering a full-time, permanent Trainee Recruitment Consultant role with structured training, one-to-one mentoring, and clear progression into a long-term career.

What you will be doing:

  • Speaking with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Advertising vacancies, screening CVs and interviewing candidates
  • Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Working towards structured goals and earning commission based on results

What we are looking for:

  • Strong academic background with good GCSEs and A-Levels or equivalent
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • A logical, organised and methodical approach to work
  • High levels of personal motivation and ambition to build a career
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and working in a fast-paced environment
  • You must be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells daily

You do not need previous recruitment experience. Full training will be provided.
