Trainee Recruitment Consultant | No Experience Needed | Full Training Provided

We are a long-established and growing recruitment business with over 25 years of success in our industry. Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are offering a full-time, permanent Trainee Recruitment Consultant role with structured training, one-to-one mentoring, and clear progression into a long-term career.

What you will be doing:
- Speaking with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Advertising vacancies, screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working towards structured goals and earning commission based on results
What we are looking for:
- Strong academic background with good GCSEs and A-Levels or equivalent
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- A logical, organised and methodical approach to work
- High levels of personal motivation and ambition to build a career
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and working in a fast-paced environment
- You must be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells daily
You do not need previous recruitment experience. Full training will be provided.
