An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEx (2+ years PQE) to join a highly regarded, friendly, and supportive legal team. - Managing the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
- Advising landlords and tenants on leases, renewals, and negotiations (including under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954).
- Drafting and reviewing lease-related documents (licences to assign, sublet, alterations).
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
- Handling auction sales and purchases.
- Advising on commercial property finance arrangements.
- (Desirable) Experience in agricultural property and business sales as a going concern.
