As a leading name in the hospitality sector with sites across the UK, the Marketing team is expanding, and they are looking for a talented Creative Lead that will drive the creative vision of their brand. This is an office-based role with flexibility around some home working. This is a brand new role reporting to the Group Head of Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for brand identity, creative strategy, and visual communications. It is unique in that you will have the opportunity to establish and lead the creative function from the ground up. From crafting compelling brand campaigns to designing on-site materials such as menus and signage, you will play a key role in elevating the brand across all touch points. The right person will enjoy working with autonomy & ownership, shaping and defining the creative direction of a growing business. You will work on varied & exciting projects; from branding to campaign development, every day brings a new challenge. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning : Define and develop a clear, compelling, and consistent brand identity across the sites. Creative Direction : Lead the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, sales materials, social media content, and advertising. Graphic Design & Artwork : Design a wide range of assets, including brochures, digital ads, park signage, menus, and event collateral. Content & Campaign Development : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to develop engaging and impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue. Photography & Videography Oversight : Coordinate photoshoots and video content, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing team, park managers, and external agencies to ensure a consistent and effective brand presence. Brand Guardianship : Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all materials reflect a cohesive brand image. Innovation & Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of creative trends in hospitality, travel, and leisure to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the brand. What Weβre Looking For Creative Visionary : A strong conceptual thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual identity. Strategic Mindset : Experience in brand positioning, campaign development, and multi-channel creative execution. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with video editing and animation software is a plus. Hands-on Designer : Ability to create high-quality artwork and designs across both digital and print formats. Project Management : Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, from large-scale brand campaigns to detailed menu designs. Independent & Proactive : As the sole creative lead, you must be highly self-motivated and able to take projects from concept to completion. Strong Communication : Able to present and explain creative concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
