Key Responsibilities: Installation, Service & Maintenance: Work on a variety of systems, including: Fire Alarms (conventional & addressable) CCTV Systems (IP & analogue) Intruder Alarms Access Control Systems Fault Finding & Repairs: Identify and resolve system faults quickly and efficiently. Customer Interaction: Represent the business with professionalism, providing clear updates to customers and building long-term relationships. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with current standards, industry best practices, and health & safety regulations. Documentation & Reporting: Complete service reports, risk assessments, and other necessary documentation accurately and promptly. What We\’re Looking For: Experience: A proven background in fire and security installation, servicing, and maintenance. Technical Skills: Strong fault-finding ability and familiarity with leading fire & security brands. Certifications (preferred but not essential): FIA Units, NSI, ECS Card, or equivalent. Driving License: Full UK driving license essential. Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Initiative: Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload effectively. Team Player: Able to collaborate with colleagues and work independently when required. Knowledge of Regulations: Good understanding of BS5839, BS7671, NSI, and other relevant standards.
