We are currently looking for experienced Air Traffic Controllers to join our team, during an exciting period of growth at Bournemouth Airport. The Unit operates within Class D Airspace and handles a significant mix of traffic, flight profiles & procedures. This is a challenging but extremely rewarding role. Controllers operate varying shifts.
About the Role – Essential Requirements:
- UK CAA Issued ADI & APS License Endorsements (Essential)
- Current UK CAA Medical Certificate (Or able to meet the standard if not already held)
- Ability to work as part of a small team & maintain a flexible attitude in relation to shift hours & operational requirements
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- In line with Government legislation this position, applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Services Check (DBS/Criminal record check).
Desirable:
- A current certificate of competence of Meteorological Observing
- Preferably 2 years minimum experience as a valid radar and tower controller
- APP Rating
Additional Information:
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo training in accordance with the approved Unit Training Plan to achieve Validation standard

Pay range and compensation package – Salary is dependent upon on experience and ratings. This is a full time position (35 hours per week) based on a shift pattern.
