Linklaters\’ platform for contract lawyers, Re:link is actively seeking contract lawyers with Real Estate Finance experience. Broader banking experience is of course a benefit.
Ideally you will have experience of acting for both borrowers/sponsors and lenders and be based on LMA transaction documentation. You may have also had experience acting on top tier sponsor transactions.
We welcome applicants with previous consulting experience and as well as those who are interested in moving into the consulting world. The consultant will work predominantly alongside our clients and various relevant Linklaters practice groups.
