Job Description
A global financial services group delivering cutting-edge electronic brokerage, custody, and trading solutions to retail stockbrokers, neobanks, and neobrokers worldwide. Serving millions of self-directed clients, the firm combines regulatory compliance with intelligent, proactive risk management systems embedded into its operations.
Duties & Experience required include:

- 10+ years’ experience in conduct risk management, trade surveillance, AML/transaction monitoring, or compliance within capital markets/electronic trading.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing RegTech systems for trading risk control.
- Strong understanding of best practice global regulatory obligations.
- Experience working with developers/data teams to embed risk logic into production systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as pre-trade risk engines, real-time order analytics, graph analytics, and anomaly detection models.
- Strategic leadership skills with a hands-on approach, overseeing global hubs and managing direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills, engaging with regulators, boards, and senior stakeholders.
