A leading hospitality group is hiring a Customer Support Executive (known internally as a Just Add Talent Executive) to join their Star Pubs team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role is based in central Edinburgh and offers a blend of administrative support, customer service, and relationship management—ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, people-focused role.

You’ll be the first point of contact for pub operators and internal departments, ensuring outstanding support via phone and email. You’ll also manage critical processes such as system updates and supplier coordination, playing a key role in business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to operators and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate back-of-house administration and database records
  • Lead the Change of Lessee (COL) process, including SAP data entry and supplier coordination
  • Manage payment processing and assist with escalations
  • Identify and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks
  • Confident with phone-based communication and professional email writing
