Temp Production Operatives – Tenbury Wells
Acorn by Synergie is looking for Temp Production Operatives to join our friendly and dedicated team in Tenbury Wells. This is an excellent opportunity to start work immediately in a clean, safe, and supportive production environment.
About the Role:
As a Temp Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Packing and stacking products
- Carrying out general production line duties
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Full training is provided, so no previous experience is necessary – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
Shifts & Pay Rates of the Temp Production Operative:
Rotating Shift Pattern – £13.49 per hour
- Monday – Thursday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
- Friday: 05:00-12:00 / 12:00-19:00
Three-Shift Pattern – £14.38 per hour
- Week 1: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00, Fri 05:00-12:00
- Week 2: Mon-Thu 14:00-22:00, Fri 12:00-19:00
- Week 3: Sun-Thu 22:00-06:00
Nights – £14.52 per hour
- Sun-Thu: 22:00-06:00
