Job Description
Shore Executive is partnering with a Β£150M+ turnover Tier 1 Commercial Fit Out Contractor to recruit a Project Director for their London office.
In this senior role, you will lead 1β2 high-value Cut & Carve office projects (Β£20β30M+ each) from tender through to completion. You will also play a pivotal role in client pitches, maintaining key client relationships, and coordinating with external professionals.

What weβre looking for:
- Proven experience leading office fit out projects within a reputable commercial fit out contractor
- Hands-on experience with CAT A & B office fit outs
- Experience managing cut and carve projects
- Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the delivery, performance, and success of allocated projects
- Develop and manage project delivery programmes
- Lead, mentor, and oversee project teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after handover
- Coordinate and manage external professionals, including architects, engineers, QS, and consultancies
- Oversee design delivery strategies and procurement of sub-contractors
- Work closely with preconstruction, design, and commercial teams to enhance tender and bid capabilities
- Ensure projects are appropriately resourced and delivered to the highest standards
- Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations
- Support and implement effective procurement strategies
