Job Description

Are you an organised HR/Recruitment Administrator who is interested in a 12 month interim assignment to undertake a varied role within the recruitment resourcing team for a well known commercial organisation based in Hertfordshire.

You will be involved in the following:-

  • Co-ordinate and organise interviews for all levels, sending confirmations to both managers and candidates
  • Set up of psychometric testing as required for both general hire.
  • Monitor all actions including interviews, conditional and firm offers
  • Update system with pension status.
  • Update payroll spreadsheet with bonus payments
  • Update holiday status for all employees on start date
  • Assist, when required, the administration process for leavers to ensure smooth transition and exit from the business.
  • Advise pensions of leavers
  • Ensure the HR systems information is regularly updated, with all changes and amendments.
  • Organise and prioritise own workload ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
  • Support the HR Admin Team Leader as required.

Experience required as follows:-

  • Previous recruitment administration experience within a busy recruitment/resourcing function.
  • Experience of working under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task with a range of relatively complex support/administration activities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Monitor and prioritise workflow to achieve deadlines.
  • Excellent PC skills – MS Office, Workday, SAP, Recruitment systems experience desirable

Salary £28-30k plus benefits.
