Advocate Group is proud to represent a market-leading drinks business in their search for a Paid Media Specialist to join their fast-paced, creative Content & Social Team.

The Role:
We are looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist who can make their mark on digital performance. Here’s how:
· Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Amazon
· Craft compelling ad copy and support the development of creative assets
· Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to meet ROAS and CPA targets
· Manage paid media budgets across several brands in line with seasonal priorities
· Align activity with wider digital, eCommerce, and D2C initiatives
· Stay ahead of advertising trends and age-gated (18+) compliance regulations
· Champion a test-and-learn approach to creative, targeting, and audience strategy
· Lead reporting and provide actionable insights to improve performance
About You:
· 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (agency or in-house)
· Confident managing £1k+ monthly budgets with a track record of strong results
· Knowledge of ASA, CAP Code, and platform policies for 18+ advertising
· Analytical and creative – able to drive performance through data and content
· Comfortable collaborating across teams and presenting ideas clearly
· Passionate about culture, trends, and what engages Gen Z and Millennial audiences
· Curious, proactive, and always seeking to improve
· Bonus: Familiar with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads
