Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Kent – £30k–£40k + Package

Location: Kent (Projects across London & South East)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Package

Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor renowned for delivering high-end commercial and hospitality projects. You’ll work on prestigious fit out and refurbishment schemes ranging from £5m to £20m, gaining exposure to landmark projects while being part of a high-performing commercial team.

  • Proven experience in fit out, new build or refurbishment projects (ideally £5m–£20m)
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial best practice
  • Background in commercial, office, hotel, education or leisure schemes preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, reporting, and leadership skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
