Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator

Location: Widnes – Office based working

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Yoh are working with a rapidly growing SME who are are working within battery storage and renewables. Whilst growing globally, they are looking to add an Project Coordinator into the engineering function to assist and work alongside the Project Manager.

This position as a Project coordinator will needto be able to reliably commute to the office and work in a collaborative approach as they will be required to liaise with other technical and engineering professionals.

Within this position, the Project coordinator will be required to assist with task management and updating task tracking to make sure that all work and projects are able to be discussed and presented as up to date at stakeholder level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all tracking documentation
  • Assists in logging and tracking issues, risks, and change requests.
  • Prepares regular updates and dashboards under the direction of the PM for discussion of project status reports.

Skills and Experience needed to be successful:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in order to keeps schedules, documents, and project details well-organized.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and relay information between team members and stakeholders.
