Job Description
We are currently looking for a junior-level construction associate on behalf of a Silver Circle law firm. The team are highly regarded for advising on complex, high-value real estate development and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.
The position offers great exposure to a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, working with institutional investors, developers, funds and government bodies on major mixed-use, commercial, residential and infrastructure schemes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of transactional construction advice on landmark projects, including regeneration schemes, build-to-rent and logistics developments.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with strong academic background.
- Experience in non-contentious construction law from a leading law firm.
- Familiarity with JCT contracts (NEC experience is desirable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across offices and with clients.
