Customer Service Advisor
We are an internal recruitment partner working with a well-established independent, family-owned enterprise that has been a cornerstone in the UK\βs foodservice distribution sector for nearly five decades. This role is based in Bristol.
The successful Telesales/Customer Service Advisor will provide an excellent service to new and existing customers, making outbound calls, and dealing with customer queries regarding orders and products. You will be speaking to an existing client base and maximizing opportunities to up-sell whilst managing customer expectations. Working closely with the field sales team, you will develop new business accounts whilst providing an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to new and existing customers
- Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and products
- Upsell where appropriate and manage customer expectations
- Collaborate with the field sales team to develop new business accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience within a customer service role and/or telesales
- Good IT skills with experience of MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload
- Confident, professional and resilient
- Live within a commutable distance to the depot based in Bristol
Benefits
- A competitive salary of Β£24,375 per year (Β£12.50 per hour), with the potential to earn up to an additional Β£3,000 in commission
