The Role
Optima are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Precision Manufacturing client based in Portsmouth. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC machine, maintaining equipment and supplies for a highly reputable company.
The Candidate
- Experience in 5 axis experience.
- Experience in Heidenhain control.
- Must be able to use Milling machine
- Programming not essential however would be preferred.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and driven.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment.
- Good communication skills are also essential.
- CAD/CAM experience
