Job Description

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Rugby

Shift: 07:00- 16:00 Monday-Thursday & 07:00-12PM Friday with some occasional weekend work required

Salary: £20p/h

Benefits: Car park, Pension, Friendly and professional work environment.

CNC Programmer Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with very strong Siemens Controlled Milling machines. The ideal candidate for this role with be confident with programming directly and working with complex engineering drawings.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
  • Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines using Siemens
  • Performing quality checks
  • Maintaining high standards across the bored
  • Ensure precision machining of components to tight tolerances
  • Monitoring tooling condition and adjusting

Experience needed:

  • Proven experience working with Siemens-controlled CNC Milling Machines
  • Proven experience programming directly on machine
  • Able to set up jobs independently
  • Competent in using micrometres, verniers, height gauges, and other precision tools
  • CAM software experience (desirable)
