Are you a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the insurance landscape and a passion for driving meaningful growth? We are seeking an experienced Leader and Head of Market Management to work directly with leading insurers and MGA’s.
About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic market engagement efforts, helping clients navigate complex, multi-geography relationships and unlock new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal brokers and external carrier partners to structure profitable deals, drive performance, and enhance underwriting strategies across key product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with insurers to support growth, underwriting strategy, and market positioning.
- Manage and negotiate insurer agreements and remuneration structures.
- Provide practical, "on-the-ground" insurance advisory support to global clients.
- Connect clients with key market stakeholders to expand business reach and sharpen value propositions.
