Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) Consultant/SME with a minimum of 5+ years of Workday experience (10+ years overall in tech or consulting) to support and lead global Workday deployments and optimization projects.

The Role:
- Lead Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking functional workstreams across full project lifecycle
- Translate complex client requirements into system solutions while offering best practice guidance
- Configure new features and enhance existing functionality, including Payroll earnings/deductions, Absence plans, and Time Tracking schedules
- Collaborate closely with project managers, offshore teams, and HCM counterparts to ensure successful delivery
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing and community engagement
- Actively participate in the Workday ecosystem and represent the UST brand
- Occasional client site presence required (up to 20% travel)
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll (UK required, US preferred), Absence, and Time Tracking
- Certified in Workday Payroll (UK & ideally US), Absence, and/or Time Tracking
- Strong technical knowledge across configuration, costing, eligibility, accruals, and calculations
- Excellent consulting skills—able to assess needs, communicate solutions, and build trusted relationships
- Previous consulting experience, either internal or external
- Strong collaboration skills with global/offshore teams and flexibility to work across time zones
- Proven problem-solving ability and passion for continuous learning
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HRIS, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
