About the Role: As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing our General Commercial Insurance book, focusing on renewals, retention, and new business.
Working closely with a team of 14, you’ll report to the Head of Renewals and collaborate with your peers. Key responsibilities include presenting insurance solutions, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

Offer and present insurance solutions for renewals and new business.

Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.

Achieve or exceed agreed volume of Quotes/Sales/Income from various marketing sources.

Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management.

Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations.

Acturis systems knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
