My client is seeking 5+ Production Associates in Chesterfield. These will be 4 month contracts starting in August.
Responsibilities
- Under close guidance or supervision, coordinate inbound receipt, conversion, or shipment of media.
- Guide the daily activity of junior-level production analysts to meet productivity and quality targets for the assigned area.
- Train junior personnel in the processes and procedures of the specific area.
- Perform quality checks of materials produced on a regular basis.
- Communicate issues through the problem management system.
- Communicate actively with other departments to inform status or resolve problems.
- Review and revise standard operating procedures for the assigned area as necessary.
- Act as subject matter expert in the assigned area\’s tools and procedures and train junior analysts on those tools and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate\’s Degree (Preferred)
- Three (3) years of work experience, with at least two (2) years as a Production Analyst
- Knowledge of PC-based Windows applications, mainframe tools as used by the company and third-party tools and software (e.g., FedEx, UPS)
- Working knowledge of the problem management system
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment; perform information gathering and analysis to resolve routine problems
- Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes
