Job Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Reception Manager to join the Front Office Team at Indigo Hotel Leicester Square, part of Criterion Hospitality.
As Reception Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless experience from arrival to departure. With your energy, organisation, and drive for excellence, you will lead your team by example—creating a professional, guest-focused, and efficient front-of-house environment.
Salary: £33k
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reception operations, including smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Lead, motivate, and train the reception team to deliver consistently high levels of guest service
- Proactively handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are always presentable, welcoming, and well-managed
- Support the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks, rotas, team development, and performance management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR, and operational standards
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
